Custom Design & Engineering

Our engineering team assesses your site conditions (soil, water table, access) and develops custom structural drawings. You'll receive a 3D visualization of your space along with tiered pricing options (Good / Better / Best) so you can choose the scope that fits.

Duration: 1-2 weeks  |  Deliverables: Engineering drawings, 3D render, written proposal

Build

Once approved, we handle permitting, excavation (if underground), concrete construction, systems installation (ventilation, electrical, plumbing, filtration), and interior finishing. You'll receive weekly progress updates with photos.

Duration: 4-16 weeks depending on scope  |  Updates: Weekly photo reports

Delivery & Training

We walk through every system together: door operation, ventilation, communications, power backup, and emergency procedures. You'll receive a complete owner's manual and warranty documentation. We're always just a phone call away after delivery.
